How To Learn About The Burdenko Method and Become a Provider

Step 1. Read the book "The Burdenko Method" This will give you a foundation and overall picture of what you should know and practice before you make a commitment to learn. 

Step 2. Contact us and inform us of your intent to begin the certification process. Download registration at the bottom of the page, and fill out the registration from and send it in with payment to the address listed on the brochure.

OCTOBER 2022 REGISTRATION PART 1 

 

During two (2) days of instruction, participants will engage in lectures and practice of materials found in the accompanying manual. The work will be performed in the water and on the land learning not only the exercises but together with the Principles and the Fundamentals of the Burdenko Method.

At the end of the course, there is a written test and practical exam which will reflect everything that will be accomplished during the Part I course. Benefits for Students in Part I include a discount on written materials and equipment.  

Step 3. Once you complete Part I, and have been practicing for 6 months, you will have the right to register and attend Part II, Levels 4,5,6 with a focus on the next three Essential Qualities: Endurance, Speed and Strength.

At the end of the certification to become a Certified Provider of the Burdenko Method, you will be given a written test and practical exam. Upon passing, you will be presented with a diploma showing that you are now a Certified Provider of the Burdenko Method.

Additional Education in The Burdenko Method

To Become Master Certified in the Burdenko Method

Only individuals who have become Master Certified in the Burdenko Method are eligible to teach and certify others in the Burdenko Method programs. 

After completing Part I and Part II, you must practice for one year before you can apply to Faculty of The Burdenko Institute.

The Application Process requires the following criteria to be met:

  1. One year of dedicated utilization of the Burdenko Method
  2. Presenter on the Burdenko Method at state and local conferences and workshops
  3. Presentation of Curriculum Vitae utilizing the Burdenko Method
  4. Assist in Teaching of Part I and Part II as an assistant to master certified presenter
  5. Completion of Application Form
  6. Payment of Master Certification fee

Benefits of Master Certification include listing on the Burdenko Method Website, discounts on equipment, electronic format instructional videos, written materials and courses taught by faculty and staff as well as Instructional materials for Part I and Part II DVDs and their lectures developed by the Faculty of The Burdenko Institute.  

Maintaining Master Level Certification has a requirement of reapplication every 3 years and allows the recipient to the benefits awarded to them: 

  1. Completion of Application
  2. Presentation of Current Curriculum Vitae Utilizing the Burdenko Method
  3. Payment of Recertification fee
